Job summary

TalentPartners's client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking two Forward Deployed Engineers to build AI-native products that enhance decision-making, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across the organization. You will work directly with business teams from concept to production.

You'll create AI-powered workflows, copilots, internal tools, develop MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and reusable AI skills, and build internal web apps for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage AI-powered workflows, copilots, and internal tools across the firm.
• Develop custom MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and reusable AI skills.
• Create polished internal web applications for non-technical users.
• Build evaluation systems, guardrails, and approval processes to ensure reliable outputs.
• Partner with teams across the organization to identify opportunities, drive adoption and measure impact.
