Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a technically strong Security Governance professional to bridge Security & Compliance requirements with Engineering implementation.

You will partner with Engineering, Product Security, Legal, and other stakeholders to translate governance requirements into actionable controls and maintain an engineering feedback loop. The role focuses on evaluating control design and implementation across applications, platforms, and cloud environments, and developing second-line oversight

Responsibilities

• Support Assurance and Engineering Alignment between teams and legal, ensuring governance requirements are understood and actionable.
• Evaluate how security and compliance controls are implemented within applications, platforms, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Create the Engineering Feedback Loop to improve control design, standards and governance processes.
• Translate regulatory, compliance, and security expectations into clear technical requirements for Engineering teams to implement and validate.
• Develop Second-Line Oversight to monitor and attest controls across engineering teams.
