You will translate regulatory expectations into technical requirements, assess control implementations, and drive improvements across architecture and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Product Security, and Engineering to ensure scalable, executable risk management and compliance across Salesforce's platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, product security, IAM, platform engineering, or IT governance.
• Ability to translate regulatory, risk, or security requirements into technical implementations.
• Familiarity with security controls and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, SOX, FedRAMP).

Responsibilities

• Bridge Assurance and Engineering across stakeholders to ensure feasible, understandable governance implementations.
• Evaluate how security and compliance controls are implemented in applications, platforms, and cloud environments.
• Create feedback loops to improve control design, standards, and governance processes.
• Translate regulatory and security expectations into actionable technical requirements for Engineering.
