Job summary

Lightning AI, based in New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, or London, seeks Platform Engineers to architect, build, and deploy production AI integrations. You’ll own customer requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and work across AI workflows, security, and billing.

This hands-on role combines software development with customer engagement in fast-moving environments. Preferred candidates will have strong Python/Go skills, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI systems and workflows on Lightning’s platform.
• Translate customer objectives into clear technical specifications and scalable production implementations.
• Own customer engagements from discovery to deployment, monitoring, and expansion.
• Develop production-grade software with a focus on Python, Go, and frontend frameworks.
• Build observable, low-latency, cost-efficient systems in production.
