Job summary

Lightning AI is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to scale the platform across frontend, CLI, APIs, and backend systems. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, product, and design to ship high-quality improvements for real-world ML workloads at scale.

This role is based in our hubs (NYC, SF, Seattle, or London) with at least two in-office days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in React and either Go (Golang) or Python.
• Hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer in a SaaS technology company.
• Ability to take ownership of key features and drive end-to-end development.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers.

Responsibilities

• Write readable/testable/efficient code in React and either Go or Python.
• Build deep expertise in the technology stack to deliver new features and improve performance.
• Mentor engineers and help shape technical architecture and processes.
• Maintain high software quality, automate delivery, and reduce technical debt.
