Job summary

Lightning AI, the company behind PyTorch Lightning, is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to scale the platform across the frontend, CLI, APIs, and core backend systems. You’ll own features end-to-end, working closely with engineering, product, and design to ship high-quality, iterative improvements.

This is an opportunity to build systems that support real-world ML workloads at scale. This role is based in one of our hubs (NYC, SF, Seattle, or London), with a minimum of two in-office days per week

Qualifications

• Proficiency in React and either Go or Python.
• Hands-on Fullstack Engineer experience in a SaaS company.
• Ability to own features and drive end-to-end development.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Comfort operating in high uncertainty and changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Write readable, testable code in React and Go or Python.
• Build features and improve system stability and performance.
• Define technical direction for large projects with product partners.
• Document architecture, tools, and processes to raise quality.
