Clera, a health‑tech startup in San Francisco, is hiring for a customer implementations specialist to build and maintain automation workflows for healthcare operations. You will connect customer needs with product capabilities and help teams automate complex processes.

You will lead engagements from proof of concept through kickoff, manage multiple implementations, monitor production workflows, and share feedback with engineering to shape product priorities.

Qualificações

• 1+ year in a customer-facing implementation, solutions, customer success, operations, consulting or similar role.
• Experience owning multiple customer projects or implementations simultaneously, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar, and comfort learning no-code or low-code automation platforms.
• Familiarity with browser automation, APIs, SQL, or developer tools.
• Healthcare, health tech, or revenue cycle management experience, plus strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

About the Role

Join a customer implementations team at a healthcare workflow automation startup, where you will build and maintain automation workflows for healthcare operations. What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
