Responsibilities

• Configure and build customer‑specific workflows based on operational requirements and business processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues involving multiple systems and external dependencies.
• Develop internal tooling, automation, and reusable technical solutions that improve implementation speed and scalability.
• Analyze real‑world system performance and use customer feedback and production data to improve deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify recurring customer requirements and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Partner with sales and customer‑facing teams during technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non‑technical stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who can take ownership of complex customer implementations and turn technical requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions. This is a highly hands‑on role for an engineer who enjoys working directly with customers, solving ambiguous technical challenges, and taking products from initial configuration through production launch.

This position sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI, integrations, and customer delivery. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and customer‑facing teams while serving as the primary technical owner for implementations.

What You’ll Work On:

What We’re Looking For:

Additional Experience That’s Valuable:

• Healthcare technology experience, including EHR, practice‑management, scheduling, or patient‑engagement platforms.
• Experience in forward‑deployed engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or another customer‑facing technical role.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications or intelligent automation.
• Experience with voice, telephony, or communications platforms such as Twilio.
• Experience working with highly regulated or operationally complex environments.
