Alex AI, a San Francisco-based company, is seeking Forward-Deployed Engineers to own integrations and deploy solutions inside customer systems. You will design workflows, build ATS integrations, and manage onboarding, permissions, and feature rollouts.

You will also diagnose production issues, implement monitoring, and articulate customer needs to the product team with clear documentation.

• Comfort with third-party APIs and incomplete docs.

• Direct customer contact without a buffer.
• Clear written explanations.

• Translate a customer's hiring process into configurable workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with ATS and API partners.
• Manage onboarding: connection, permissions, job import, mapping.
• Oversee production deployments and root-cause analysis.
