Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical account management.
• Experience delivering enterprise data integration projects across platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms in customer engagement contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations and expansions, including system design and platform integration.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and development roadmaps with engineering teams.
• Manage dependencies and risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Develop and optimize data integration workflows using cloud data warehouses and APIs.
• Drive program metrics and provide updates to leadership and partners.
• Act as technical liaison during onboarding and issue triage with customers.
• Monitor integration health post-deployment for long-term reliability.
