Job summary

Starbridge is hiring Forward Deployed GTMEs in New York to design and deploy customer-ready GTM configurations. You’ll lead discovery, translate needs into concrete scopes, and guide builds from kickoff to launch while ensuring customer success and revenue outcomes.

You’ll work with Product, Sales, and RevOps, leveraging AI to enhance outputs and drive adoption. Onsite at our NYC office, with fast-moving, hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an implementation, solutions consulting, professional services, or related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• You’ve built systems from nothing and the outcome matters more than the process.
• Data-driven: you set health metrics, watch adoption, and let numbers guide calls.
• A strong communicator who can simplify complexity for admins to executives.
• You move between strategy and execution; leading and building are your job.

Responsibilities

• Architect Starbridge configurations that fit into a customer’s GTM stack and CRM.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate requirements into scopes and deliverables.
• Facilitate builds and configurations: signals, bridges, enrichment, automations, reporting.
• Run engagements from kickoff to launch with a project plan and timelines.
• Conduct hands-on training and live build sessions to empower customers.
• Own revenue goals by growing adoption, renewals, and expansions within customers.
• Represent customer perspective to Product to sharpen the platform.
