Privy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will guide a group of engineers, aligning customer problems with product delivery and architecture decisions.

In this role, you’ll drive high-leverage initiatives, coach talent, and ensure outcomes that create tangible business impact for Privy and its users. The team collaborates closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM to win deals.

• Strong technical judgment to evaluate architectures and tradeoffs.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to turn signals into clear technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver high-impact projects.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical direction.
• Coach engineers across depth, ownership, and quality.
• Review PRs, scope technical work, and design docs.
• Build a strong team culture grounded in trust and urgency.
• Partner with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM.
