Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or implementation engineering).
• 2+ years managing engineers.
• Strong ability to translate real-world customer problems into clear technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer problems into precise technical requirements and data model implications for product and engineering.
• Document issues, edge cases, and gaps to provide context without direct customer contact.
• Build repeatable processes to ensure problems don’t get lost between teams.
