Reflection is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own technical engagements from discovery to production delivery. You will deploy agentic AI systems across secure, classified, or edge environments for U.S. government customers, working on-site including in SCIFs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires an active U.S. government clearance (TS/SCI preferred). You will lead multi-node GPU clusters, optimize model serving pipelines, and drive end-to-end proofs of concept with clear

• Experience delivering software into classified or air-gapped government environments.
• Strong Python and production-grade systems experience.
• Track record of leading complex technical projects across work-streams.
• Hands-on infrastructure and inference experience (multi-node GPU clusters).
• Agent engineering experience with LLM-based agents and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Secure deployment: design, deploy, and operate agentic systems in air-gapped networks, including offline model serving.
• Mission engagement: work on-site with government customers in SCIFs to meet accreditation standards.
• Technical discovery & architecture: lead deep technical discovery and translate needs into feasible solutions.
• Benchmarks & POCs: own end-to-end proofs of concept with real workloads and benchmarks.
• Delivery: architect and build AI systems, manage plans and cross-workstream coordination.
• Product & Research contribution: identify patterns and gaps to inform platform priorities.
• Playbooks & operating model: shape scalable deployment playbooks and best practices.
