Job summary

Reflection is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to own technical engagements from discovery to production delivery. You will operate across the AI stack, including GPU orchestration, inference, and post-training, while partnering with customer ML teams to shape products.

Responsibilities include on-site work with US government customers in secure environments, defining success criteria, and delivering scalable, compliant AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical systems, including complex deployments.
• Hands-on infrastructure and inference experience with GPU clusters and production models.
• Experience delivering software into classified or air-gapped government environments and understanding security controls.
• Strong Python skills and ability to ship production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Secure deployment design, offline model serving, and operation in air-gapped networks.
• Work on-site with government customers to translate mission requirements into secure AI solutions.
• Lead technical discovery across inference workloads, agentic apps, and post-training efforts.
• Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept, benchmarks, and delivery milestones.
• Architect and build AI systems, including model-serving infra and evaluation recipes.
