Job summary

Matter Labs seeks a technical partner to work with its institutional sales team, turning customer requirements into Prividium architectures and moving opportunities from discovery to deployment planning. The role spans enterprise architecture, financial markets, and zero-knowledge infrastructure, and is hands-on presales.

You will lead discovery, design solutions, deliver demos, run evaluations, and own responses to security and due‑diligence reviews, with cross‑functional support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting.
• Experience with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments, or regulated institutions.
• Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud/on-prem deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.
• Led complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and translated them into production decisions.
• Able to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences with precise writing.
• Able to align sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and map customer architecture, data privacy, identity, and compliance constraints.
• Design target architectures for Prividium, including APIs, deployment models, and pilot-to-production routes.
• Deliver demos and workshops for engineers and senior leaders.
• Run evaluations with defined success criteria and coordinate internal specialists.
• Own technical diligence and respond to security reviews, RFPs, and architecture assessments.
• Prepare implementation documentation with assumptions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Feed structured customer evidence into Product and Engineering and shape repeatable market needs.
