Job summary

Matter Labs in New York seeks a technical presales partner to translate customer requirements into Prividium architectures. You will work across enterprise architecture, financial markets, and zero-knowledge infrastructure to move opportunities from discovery to deployment.

In this hands-on role you will lead technical discovery, design solutions, deliver tailored demos, run evaluations, and manage diligence with Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting.
• Experience with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments businesses, or other regulated institutions.
• Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.
• Leading complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and converting them into production decisions.
• Explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences, with precise writing and disciplined expectation management.
• Aligning sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery.
• Design solutions and target architectures for Prividium, including deployment models and integration.
• Deliver demos and workshops for engineering and business audiences.
• Run evaluations with defined success criteria and coordinate internal specialists.
• Own technical diligence, responses to security reviews, and architecture assessments.
• Prepare implementation documentation with assumptions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Feed the roadmap with customer evidence to drive recurring market needs.
