Job summary

Indegene seeks a Senior technical delivery leader to deploy AI agents for biopharma clients, bridging product and client teams. You will own end-to-end deployments, validate compliance, and integrate with Veeva, Salesforce and IQVIA data feeds.

You will work in a fast-paced, global environment, translating brand and regulatory needs into production-ready solutions while mentoring teams and ensuring audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical delivery: FDE, solutions engineering, data engineering or technical consulting.
• Production Python or TypeScript, strong SQL, and comfort reading unfamiliar schemas under time pressure.
• Hands-on with pharma commercial or clinical data: Veeva CRM or Vault, Salesforce, IQVIA, patient support or real-world data.
• GxP and validation awareness: computer system validation, audit trails, change control, data integrity.
• Cloud and networking: IAM, VPC, Docker, Kubernetes basics, Terraform.
• LLM and agent fluency: agent configuration, retrieval pipelines, prompt evaluation, token and cost control.
• Executive-grade communication: you can explain a root cause to a brand lead and a validation lead in the same meeting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of AI agent deployments for 2 to 4 biopharma accounts, from discovery through go-live and handover.
• Integration into client commercial and medical stacks: Veeva CRM and Vault, Salesforce, IQVIA and other data feeds, MDM, SSO and SCIM.
• Compliance-aware build: FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 expectations, GxP validation documentation, full audit trails, PII and PHI handling.
• Field debugging on live client data and infrastructure, then shipping the fix, config change or upstream patch.
• Reusable assets: deployment runbooks, validation templates, connector patterns and reference architectures.
• The client voice into product: quantify the gap, file it, argue the roadmap case.

Role summary

You sit with the client, not behind a ticket queue. You take our AI agents into a pharma brand team, medical affairs group or regulatory function and get them running in a validated, audit-ready state. You debug in environments we do not own, translate brand and compliance needs into working agents, and carry the lessons back to product.

What you own

A week in the life

Monday: an agent summarising medical information requests returns wrong citations against Veeva Vault, so you trace it to a stale index. Tuesday: the client validation lead needs evidence for the audit trail before Thursday. Wednesday: you re-architect the IQVIA data feed for their scale and run a joint session with their IT. Thursday: go-live to one brand team, gated and reversible. Friday: handover, validation pack signed off, one product gap filed.

• Regulatory or medical affairs exposure: submissions, labelling, pharmacovigilance safety data.
• Air-gapped or on-premise installation experience.
• Life sciences or consulting background with a global biopharma client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, computer science, life sciences or a related field.
• Proven record of shipping something into production that you did not fully control.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites.
• Right to work in the location you are hired for.

What this role is not

• Not inbound support. You are engaged before the ticket exists.
• Not quota-carrying sales. You are measured on deployments that hold.
• Not a pure backend product seat. You work where client and product meet.
