Job summary

Anduin is seeking a forward deployed engineer to design and deliver client integrations with our platform. You will lead solution discussions, understand client systems, and own the integration end-to-end from discovery to working outcomes.

Remote role with flexibility for East Coast or Midwest-based candidates. The role requires deep hands-on engineering across multiple integration domains and strong communication with clients and product teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering and production systems ownership.
• Ability to simplify complexity and make fast decisions under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with integration domains: SFTP, SMTP, databases, enterprise SSO.
• Proven client-facing experience leading solution discussions and troubleshooting.
• Excellent cross-time-zone communication with engineers, product teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver reliable integrations for high-profile clients.
• Lead exploratory meetings and extract context to propose solutions.
• Analyze clients' systems and advise on data structures for robust integrations.
• Build tailored client solutions and generalize patterns into platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with US and Vietnam teams on priorities and product improvements.
• Develop internal AI-powered tools to boost team productivity.
• Engage with clients and teams during US business hours; evening syncs with offshore teams.
