Rilla, a leading sales-coaching platform, is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with customers and integrate their data with our conversational intelligence.

You’ll own end-to-end execution on high-stakes projects in small teams, discuss data models with executives, and help extend Rilla’s footprint into new markets and problem spaces. This is a hands-on, in-office NYC role for ambitious builders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Javascript, C++, Python, or Rust with strong coding skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data processing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to iterate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand problems and design solutions integrating their data with Rilla's platform.
• Own end-to-end execution on high-stakes projects in small teams or solo.
• Help extend Rilla’s footprint into new markets and problem spaces by delivering impactful integrations.
