Job summary

Rilla, based in New York City, is building AI-powered sales coaching software. We are an in-office team in NYC with fast-moving engineers, creating systems to index billions of real-world conversations and empower customers.

As an early technical steward, you will ship end-to-end workflows, raise the bar for code quality, and own patterns that scale as Rilla grows. You’ll work across stack, using React, Python, and cloud tooling to solve real-world problems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Strong engineering experience, ideally from startups.
• Familiar with storage and data processing systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to iterate quickly with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end workflows and ship features to production.
• Raise the bar for code quality and establish scalable patterns as the team grows.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve real-world AI/industry problems.
