Rilla is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with customers, understand their challenges, and design solutions that integrate client data with Rilla’s conversational intelligence.

You will own end‑to‑end execution on high‑stakes projects, discuss data models with executives, wrangle large-scale data, and build integrations or full‑stack features while sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in Javascript/Typescript, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to iterate quickly with teammates.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Discuss data models with executives and stakeholders.
• Wrangle and process large-scale data for client solutions.
• Hack integrations and build full-stack features for customer projects.
• Share insights with the broader team and influence product direction.
