Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows and integration needs.
• Build and deploy custom implementations using Telnyx APIs and WebRTC.
• Run LLM workloads in customer environments and manage model gateways.
• Design routing, governance, and cost-tracking for AI workloads.
• Instrument observability, dashboards, and alerting for live deployments.
• Lead POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
