Job summary

Nutrient is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, product thinking, and customer outcomes. You will engage with customers to uncover the real job to be done, build working solutions on their documents, and design reusable capabilities the next client can buy.

You’ll work across the platform to deliver measurable outcomes and guide product direction. You will ship in real customer contexts, partnering with Account Executives and Solutions

Qualifications

• Experience turning customer discovery into concrete software outcomes.
• Ability translate business needs into working demos and prototypes.
• Track record shipping production software with measurable customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer problems and scope outcomes during discovery.
• Build initial implementation on customer documents and environment, fast.
• Define and align on success scorecards with the customer and team.
• Bridge across Nutrient Platform components (Workflow, Engine, APIs).
• Productize the solution for future customers as reusable components.
• Document learnings and feed patterns back to product and engineering.
• Support deals by collaborating with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
