Rnb Consultancy in San Francisco is hiring two forward deployed engineers to work on-site with customers and help deploy enterprise AI agents across environments. You will split time between customer deployments and core product engineering, and you will travel abroad for longer stays as needed.

We value strong fundamentals, startup experience, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

You fix things inside customer environments and explain them so anyone understands. Deploy enterprise AI agents for real, around the world.

A seed-stage AI startup in San Francisco helps companies control their own AI with a model router across hundreds of models, which can run anywhere, even in a customer's own cloud, plus AI agents that carry out real business tasks. These are real deployments, not demos, for around 100 customers worldwide, and engineers regularly go on site with customers abroad. Your time is split roughly half and half between customer deployments and core product engineering.

They're hiring 2 forward deployed engineers.

What you'll own

• Customer deployments end to end, often on site
• Troubleshooting inside customer environments, and explaining it to non-technical stakeholders
• Contributions to the core product
• Bringing what you learn at customers back into the platform

Must-haves

• You've worked at a fast-growing, investor-backed startup (a famous employer without real startup ownership won't fit)
• You've deployed and troubleshot software directly in customer environments and want to keep doing it
• Solid engineering fundamentals; you know what's going on underneath code that AI writes for you
• 1+ year of experienceWorking from the San Francisco office at least five days a week, 9-9-6, and willing to travel abroad for longer customer stays
