The role blends hands-on development with architecture, customer engagement, and platform evolution. Expect travel 25–50%, hybrid work in major hubs, and a path to impact the next generation of core banking infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping robust, scalable infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and IaC.
• Understanding of fintech or banking tech is a plus.
• Excellent communication with bank engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Embed with bank architecture, infrastructure, and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Design future-state bank architecture to unlock accelerated innovation.
• Build trusted technical relationships with bank leadership and turn deployments into enterprise stories.
• Translate deployment patterns and needs into product requirements and platform improvements.
• Develop proofs of concept and end-to-end bank use cases (digital wallets, accounts, etc.).
• Connect upstream and downstream systems with durable, production-grade integrations.
• Travel to client sites as needed (25–50%).
• Support sales with technical demos and architecture workshops.
