Landing Point seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead technical deployments for AI-native products within hedge funds and investment managers in the United States. The role embeds with client teams to customize and implement daily workflows, ensuring smooth integration of AI solutions into production environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering, strong Python, and a track record of delivering end-to-end deployments in regulated or complex settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with production agentic work experience.
• Strong production-grade Python skills.
• Experience with production tool use, planning, and multi-step reasoning.
• Expertise in tuning retrieval systems for production.
• Ability to choose between off-the-shelf agent frameworks and custom orchestration.
• Design experience with evaluation suites for agentic systems.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations for production systems.
• Proven track record of managing client engagements from kickoff to production.
• Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments.
• Ability to own customer-facing deployments end to end.

Compensation:

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000, Plus Equity
