Aurtiro is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy, configure, and integrate our live product in customer environments, including building custom integrations with legacy systems. You will diagnose production issues in real time, scope work during sales, and own accounts after go-live, turning deployments into repeatable playbooks.

A well-funded AI company ($50M+ raised) is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer. The product is live, customers are paying, and this role works directly with those customers.

The company builds AI that automates complex workflows across legacy enterprise systems. Customers run construction projects, manufacturing plants, and logistics networks.

The Forward Deployed Engineer is the engineer customers work with directly. The role covers deploying the product into messy enterprise environments, integrating with legacy systems, and resolving production issues. There is no spec handed down. The engineer scopes the work, ships it, and makes sure the deployment holds.

The work:

• Deploy, configure, and integrate the product in customer environments
• Build custom integrations and tooling that connect to legacy systems
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, often in real time
• Scope technical work during the sales cycle and own accounts after go-live
• Bring customer edge cases back to the product team
• Turn each deployment into a repeatable playbook

Ideal background:

• Production-quality engineering fundamentals
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
• Comfort debugging unfamiliar systems in environments that aren't clean
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to operators and executives
• Willingness to work on site with customers when needed

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus but not required for fast learners. Daily use of AI coding tools is also a plus.

The team is small, autonomy is high, and compensation includes a strong base plus equity. Relocation is possible.
