Role Overview

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of AI, engineering, and customer experience. In this role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with enterprise customers - deeply understanding their marketing and data infrastructure, uncovering opportunities for AI automation, and helping design how JustAI plugs in to reshape their workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement integrations between JustAI and systems like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, and Snowflake
• Prototype new workflows or AI agents that can become part of the broader JustAI product
• Communicate closely with our customers to translate their needs into scalable platform features
