Our client is a recently emerged-from-stealth AI company building some of the most ambitious technology in enterprise AI. The company has assembled an unusually strong technical team of PhDs, researchers, and engineers from organizations including OpenAI and Google Gemini, backed by prominent technology founders and investors with deep roots across AI and Silicon Valley.
And this isn't an AI company still searching for product-market fit.
Their technology is already being deployed inside multiple multi-billion-dollar enterprises, and customer demand is growing faster than the team can currently support.
They're now adding a Forward Deployed Engineer in a foundational seat to help solve one of the biggest challenges in AI today: taking the capabilities of frontier models and making them actually work, reliably and at scale, inside complex enterprises.
The company has a combination that's difficult to find: elite AI talent, prominent backing, major enterprise customers already in production, and demand that is outpacing the current team's capacity. This is an opportunity to join while the team is still small enough for individual engineers to have outsized influence — with competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and the chance to help define how frontier AI gets deployed in the enterprise.
