OpenArt is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC) to train enterprise clients and guide creative teams in using generative AI workflows. You’ll translate creative craft into AI-enabled processes and demonstrate effective image and video generation across brands, agencies, studios, and production teams.

The ideal candidate comes from film, advertising, design, or related fields and is fluent in English. Remote-friendly with Bay Area hybrid options; some travel may be required to work with

• This role requires a professional creative background in film, advertising, marketing, design, or production.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of generative AI image and video tools and their use in professional workflows.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to teach groups in virtual or in-person settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and education for enterprise clients with hands-on training.
• Teach generative AI workflows using real creative examples and case studies.
• Act as a trusted creative resource for clients during onboarding and follow-up.
• Adapt training to brands, agencies, studios, and social teams.
• Standardize enterprise training processes and create repeatable playbooks.
• Stay updated on the latest AI models and capabilities for creative work.
• Contribute creatively to OpenArt Studios on client projects and demos.
• Capture client learnings and feedback to improve OpenArt resources.
• Represent OpenArt in training sessions, workshops, and events and travel as needed.
