Job summary

Comfy seeks a Forward Deployed Creative to sit at the front line of customer engagements, building custom workflows and proof-of-concept pipelines with Fortune 500 brands, studios, and agencies. You’ll ride along from discovery through production, shipping outputs you’re proud of and shaping workflows with direct feedback to engineering and design.

You’ll create content that compounds—demo videos, tutorials, and community posts—while bridging sales, product, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building with customers and shipping outputs you’re proud of.
• Ability to translate customer problems into practical Comfy solutions in real time.
• Comfortable presenting, debugging, and iterating workflows for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build with customers: create custom workflows and demo nodes that close deals.
• Run technical discovery on sales calls and translate problems into Comfy solutions in real time.
• Own the implementation handoff and ensure workflows ship in production.
• Create content: demo videos, workflow recipes, tutorials, community posts for sales enablement and dev relations.
• Be the bridge to engineering and design: feed roadmap input from customer feedback.
