OpenArt is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC) to educate enterprise teams on generative AI workflows, lead hands-on training, and integrate AI into real-world creative processes. You’ll partner with brands, agencies, studios, and production groups, translating craft into scalable training.

The role blends creative leadership with education, requiring strong taste, model knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional creative background in film, TV, advertising, marketing, design, or production.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of generative AI image and video tools.
• Portfolio or body of work demonstrating AI-generated content.
• Ability to integrate generative AI into a professional creative workflow.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for OpenArt's enterprise clients.
• Teach generative AI through real creative workflows.
• Become a trusted creative resource for clients.
• Adapt training to different creative teams and use cases.
• Standardize and improve our enterprise training process.
• Stay at the forefront of generative AI.
• Contribute creatively to OpenArt Studios.
• Bring client learnings back to OpenArt.
• Represent OpenArt confidently in client-facing settings.
• Travel when required.
