Qualifications

• Experience earning adoption against resistance; converting skeptical users.
• Production code in the last 6 months; commitment to continued hands-on building.
• Deep creative supply-chain expertise (briefs-to-assets, brand systems, DAM).
• Public portfolio required; 8–12 years across creative production and technical development.
• Fluency in Firefly/Adobe ecosystem; AI-native building (Cursor, Claude, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Build adoption-focused teams that turn resistant stakeholders into repeat users.
• Stay hands-on: write production code, architect workflows, ship reference implementations.
• Hire and coach for activation; measure success by adoption and renewals, not features.
• Clear blockers: influence product roadmap and feed field insights upstream.
• Document and scale successful patterns into reusable templates and Workflow Builder nodes.
