• Comfortable communicating with firm leadership.
• Trusted by designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions tailored to firm size and usage goals.
• Track adoption metrics and usage health per firm.
• Run demo calls with top architecture firms.

Skills

Strong communication and facilitation

Ability to translate messy feedback into clear insights

High ownership and follow-through

Technical curiosity (AI tools, workflows, integrations)

Education

4+ years at an architecture/design firm (licensed preferred)
