Job summary

SketchPro.ai is hiring a Forward Deployed Architect to drive customer success and growth with leading architecture and engineering firms in the San Francisco area. You will learn how teams produce documentation, embed SketchPro into daily workflows, and own growth within each firm.

You’ll lead onboarding and activation, coordinate IT setup, and monitor adoption metrics while delivering architectural perspective on business value and ROI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at an architecture/design firm (licensed preferred)
• Fluency in Revit and construction documentation workflows
• Excellent communication with firm leadership and architects
• Ability to translate feedback into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Lead firm onboarding sessions tailored to firm size, discipline, and usage goals
• Coordinate installation and IT setup for client environments
• Track adoption metrics and provide weekly usage recaps to stakeholders
• Run 1:1 user follow-ups and in-person workshops
• Create demos and educational content to support sales and onboarding
