Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a GenAI Engineering Senior Manager (Hybrid) to lead the adoption of LLMs and agentic flows across enterprise solutions.

You will shape technical direction, collaborate with multiple technology teams, and partner with third parties to validate best-of-breed AI solutions. You will build foundational AI components, drive scalable AI/GenAI architectures, and promote rapid, iterative delivery with a product-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.
• Proven track record in producing high-quality artifacts and senior management reports.
• Ability to lead product working groups and drive design decisions across teams.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to learn quickly within complex structures.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

• Adopt a product-focused approach for robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead fast-paced delivery with iterative development and lean processes.
