DevRev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build AI-powered integrations and agent workflows across customer environments. You will work closely with our Customer Experience team to implement scalable solutions using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and various APIs.

• 3+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers and Sales to design AI-enabled solutions.
• Implement integration projects across SaaS and non-SaaS systems.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows.
• Connect DevRev with customer tech stacks via APIs and webhooks.
• Tune prompt efficiency and improve agent accuracy with AI techniques.
• Write SQL queries and build dashboards to surface insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, success, and support teams.
• Learn new tools and guide customers through advanced configurations.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site work and customer engagements.
