Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, seeks a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager in New York City with hybrid work options. You will identify, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform clinical research operations, collaborating across clinical operations, site operations, and business development.

You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery through deployment, partnering with engineering, data science, and security to ensure governance,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping software products, AI applications, technical solutions, or production systems.
• Hands-on experience working with large language models, including prompt engineering, agent design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks, and workflow automation.
• Strong technical fluency with modern AI development workflows and tooling.
• Experience collaborating directly with end users to understand business problems and translate them into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, speed, or user experience.
• Establish trusted partnerships with operational teams across the organization.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for evaluating and scaling AI applications.
• Identify and help operationalize reusable platform capabilities for future AI development.
