Job summary

Trunk Tools in New York seeks an experienced FDX Manager to lead a deployed team of five to eight Forward Deployed Experts across regions. You’ll remain hands-on and coach others while setting delivery standards and regional adoption targets.

Travel up to 40% is required. In this player‑coach role you’ll partner with the Program Manager, influence product teams, and drive capacity planning in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience including people leadership.
• Background in construction operations with strong AI fluency.
• Experience leading field or deployed teams; consulting leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five to eight Forward Deployed Experts across regions.
• Stay hands-on and coach from the front; set standards for FDX work.
• Allocate FDX across regions against adoption targets; manage coverage as demand shifts.
• Ensure a consistent methodology and shared playbook across the team.
• Partner with the Program Manager on plan, cadence, and KPIs.
