Job summary

Coupa is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI transformation across procurement and finance platforms. You will translate business intents into interconnected AI solutions, orchestrate multi-LLM workflows, and integrate with enterprise ecosystems.

This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI engineering and complex workflow orchestration. You will collaborate with Product Management, Security, and Customer teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments and measurable business

Qualifications

• Must have API integration background.
• Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience connecting AI outputs to enterprise systems.
• Understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain.
• Hands-on experience with MCP or LangChain or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own AI engineering and agent orchestration within Coupa Agent Studio.
• Lead integration work with ERP, CLM, CRM and other systems.
• Bridge field needs and product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements.
• Design guardrails, monitoring, and automated evaluation for AI solutions.
• Ensure secure, low-latency data exchange across enterprise ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to enable scalable deployments.
