Cross Border Talents in NYC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Tenex) to work onsite with Fortune 500 clients. You will embed with clients to understand AI needs and design and implement AI solutions that address real business problems.

The role requires 3+ years of software or solutions engineering, strong Python and AI/ML fundamentals, and excellent client-facing communication. Onsite 5 days, monthly client travel, US work authorization preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
• Strong Python and AI/ML fundamentals
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Green card or citizen preferred. H-1B transfer possible. New H-1B is a hard sell
• Must be onsite 5 days in NYC
