Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Tenex) to embed with Fortune 500 clients in NYC, designing and delivering AI solutions onsite. The role requires 3+ years in software/solutions engineering with strong Python and AI/ML fundamentals, plus excellent client-facing communication.

Travel monthly and be onsite five days a week. The position offers a salaried full-time engagement with client-facing responsibilities and exposure to high-profile AI initiatives in enterprise

Qualifications

3+ years of software or solutions engineering experience.
Strong Python and AI/ML fundamentals.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Green card or citizen preferred; H-1B transfer possible; new H-1B is a hard sell.
Must be onsite 5 days in NYC.

Responsibilities

Embed with Fortune 500 clients to understand their AI needs.
Design and build custom AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Travel monthly to client sites.
Collaborate with internal engineering and data science teams.
