Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, security engineering, or a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling or data engineering concepts.
• Strong documentation skills to enable scalability.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly within assigned customer accounts for understanding their workflows.
• Build custom solutions including automations and AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining high-quality output.
