Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Agile, startup, or rapidly scaling environment.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agentic development and AI tools (eval frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines).
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Embed within customer engineering teams to understand business value and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Design and develop production-grade software powering AI-enabled workflows and integrate data sources and applications.
• Own production for your workstream across scoping, design, code, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Mentor and train new team members on system construction, operation, and code quality.
• Accelerate customer adoption by codifying reusable patterns and improvements.
