Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience in Agile, startup, or fast-scaling environments.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Embed within customer engineering teams to understand business value and translate to technical designs.
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications and workflows.
Own end-to-end lifecycle: scoping, design, code, test, deployment, and operations.
Mentor teammates and coach on high-quality coding practices and reviews.
Identify opportunities to expand AI adoption and codify reusable patterns.
