Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to turn business opportunities into secure, production-ready AI solutions.

You will partner with business teams, architects, data teams, and platform owners to prototype, build, integrate, test, deploy, and continuously improve AI applications and automations across the organization. You’ll work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Python, and enterprise platforms to deliver measurable value, improve decision

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, IS, SE, Data Science or related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience requested.
2 years building AI or automation solutions for production or pilots.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy enterprise AI apps, agents, and automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Python, APIs, and modern frameworks.
Collaborate with business teams to identify workflows and convert opportunities into AI-powered solutions.
Design and implement RAG solutions connected to enterprise systems and data sources.
Integrate solutions with Graph, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, SQL, SAP Datasphere, and other platforms.
Develop prompts, connectors, orchestration logic, and reusable components.
Validate quality via testing, monitoring, AI evaluation, feedback, security review, and improvements.
Deploy and operate in Azure with CI/CD, logging, observability, and governance.
