Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, SWE, Data Science or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years building AI, Copilot, or ML-enabled solutions for production or enterprise pilots.
• Experience turning business workflows into working applications, agents, integrations, or automations that deliver measurable value.
• Experience integrating enterprise solutions with data platforms, APIs, and governed cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy enterprise AI applications, agents, and automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Python, APIs, and modern app frameworks.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify manual workflows and convert opportunities into AI-powered solutions.
• Design and implement RAG solutions connecting AI experiences to trusted systems, documents, and data sources.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Graph, 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, SQL, SAP Datasphere, and other platforms.
• Develop prompts, connectors, orchestration logic, reusable components, and patterns for faster delivery.
• Validate solution quality through testing, monitoring, AI evaluation, feedback loops, and security reviews.
• Deploy and operate solutions in Azure with CI/CD, logging, observability, cost awareness, and governance.
• Partner with architects, data teams, and stakeholders to explain performance and value realization.
