CodeRound AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team in the New York metro area. You will work directly with customers and the product and engineering teams to build and deploy solutions for complex, real-world business problems, taking end-to-end ownership from discovery to production.

You’ll prototype rapidly, translate customer requirements into scalable features, and collaborate across product, engineering, and customer environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience after degree.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem solving.
• Enjoy working directly with customers and translating ambiguous requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand complex technical and business requirements.
• Build and deploy production-grade solutions tailored to customer workflows.
• Develop integrations, automations, APIs, and product capabilities to solve customer problems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate feedback into scalable features.
• Debug technical issues and drive solutions from discovery to production deployment.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify recurring customer needs and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects balancing customer needs, technical quality, and timelines.
