Job summary

Medeloop is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy our platform into customers’ clouds, connect to existing tools, and tailor workflows for clinical and research use. You’ll own deployments from scoping to production, partnering with researchers, data engineers, and security teams.

You will design and implement scalable, end-to-end agent workflows, ensuring security and privacy, while turning field learnings into reusable platform features to accelerate deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable agentic systems.
• Experience with LLM APIs and tool calls.
• Ability to translate customer needs into repeatable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy systems into customer clouds using IaC and deployment pipelines.
• Build connectors and tools to access lakehouse data and EHR via FHIR.
• Transform team workflows into agent-driven playbooks on Medeloop.
• Define success criteria with customers and ship once met.
• Maintain security and PHI handling in regulated environments.
